(Rock Rapids)– A two vehicle collision on Highway 75 south of Rock Rapids late Friday afternoon claimed a life.
The Iowa State Patrol says 48-year-old Joni Wulf of Rock Rapids was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Impala northbound. Wulf’s vehicle crossed the centerline and collided head-on with a southbound 2018 Jeep Compass driven by 29-year-old Megan Klapperich of Orange City.
Wulf died in the crash; Klapperich was transported by air to Avera McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls.
The collision took place shortly before 4:30 pm Friday.
