(Hull)– A traffic stop earlier this week in Sioux county resulted in drug charges being filed against a 16-year-old juvenile from Hartley.
Authorities say the stop was conducted around 11:45 p.m. Tuesday on Main Street in Hull.
Upon investigating a deputy determined the juvenile, who’s name wasn’t released, had been allegedly driving while under the influence of a controlled substance and was also allegedly in possession of a controlled substance.
The teen was cited into juvenile court and was released to the custody of his parents.
