(Arnolds Park)– Officials with Historic Arnolds Park, Incorporated have announced plans for a state-of-the-art band shell to be constructed at Preservation Plaza are complete.
The facility will include dressing areas, restrooms and electrical power.
Funding is being made possible in part through a grant from the Messenger of Healing Winds Foundation.
