(Spencer)– A Spencer man was charged Friday following an incident at a gun range.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Edward Gatson the fourth was charged with reckless use of a firearm in connection with an incident Friday afternoon at the Ocheyedan Gun Range in Clay county. Gatson is accused of firing a .380 semi-automatic handgun “without due regard for the safety of persons standing downrange”.
Gatson was released after posting bond.
