Grain Elevator Explosion Injures One

(Chandler, Mn.)– A grain elevator explosion early Wednesday afternoon in Chandler, Minnesota, injured one person.

Authorities say a number of fire departments responded, including Worthington, with some firefighters remaining on the scene into early Thursday.

The injured person was taken to a hospital. There was no word on the extent of injuries or the victim’s condition.

There’s also been no word on a possible cause of the blast.
