(Graettinger)– A Graettinger woman wanted on outstanding warrants was arrested this past Friday.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says Kim Hunefeld was initially arrested following a traffic stop last January on a warrant out of Hamilton county. She was also charged with being under the influence of a controlled substance while driving a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Results of tests conducted by the Department of Criminal Investigation’s Crime Lab determined Hunefeld was under the influence of methamphetamine. Following that, two warrants were issued for Hunefeld’s arrest charging her with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance…methamphetamine; and possession of a controlled substance…methamphetamine.
She was arrested on those warrants around 11:00 p.m. Friday and was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
