(Graettinger)—An assault involving three people yesterday (Mon.) in Graettinger sent one person to jail.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies were called to a report of an assault at 306 North Van Gordon in Graettinger. One of those allegedly involved, 57-year-old Timothy Shultz of Graettinger, was transported by ambulance to Palo Alto County Hospital to be treated for injuries he sustained in the incident. Shultz was later arrested and charged with one count of serious assault and one count of aggravated assault. He was booked into the Palo Alto county jail.
Authorities say two victims in the incident sustained minor injuries and declined immediate medical attention.
