(Des Moines)– Governor Terry Branstad has announced his appointments to the six STEM hub advisory councils around the state.
Appointed to the council overseeing the nrothwest Iowa hub were Shaun Arenson, Wade Weber and Rick Reinking…all of Spirit Lake; Jerry Chizek of Manson, Jim Christensen of Holstein, Marcie Frevert of Emmetsburg, Linda Gray of Everly, Cheryl Heronemus of Alton, Walter Johnson and Debora Robertson…both of Sioux City; Dr. Jasper Lesage of Sioux Center, Mary Trent of Carroll, Gerald Van Roekel of Orange City, Ryan Welsh of Sioux Falls and Mark Zabawa of Spencer.
The northwest Iowa STEM hub is being headquartered out of Iowa Lakes Community College, who has hired Kari Webb of Spirit Lake as its coordinator.
