(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds has announced the appointments of several northwest Iowa residents to various state boards and commissions.
They include Johnathon Tuvera of Sioux county who was appointed to the Commission of Deaf Services; Sam Kooiker of O’Brien county who was appointed to the Civil Rights Commission; Amanda Miller of Pocahontas will serve on the Board of Sign Language Interpreters and Transliterators; Loretta Laubach of O’Brien county was appointed to the Real Estate Appraiser Examining Board; and Ofelia Rumbo of Buena Vista county and Nancy McDowell of O’Brien county will serve on the State Workforce Development Board.
All of the appointments are subject to Senate confirmation.
