(Des Moines)– Governor Kim Reynolds announced today (Friday) she has appointed John Sandy of Spirit Lake as a judge on the Iowa Court of Appeals.
Sandy currently serves as District Judge in District 3A. He received his undergraduate degree and law degree from the University of St. Thomas.
