(Little Rock)– An accident Friday in Little Rock involving a golf cart sent one person to the hospital.
The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office says 80-year-old Erma Hayenga of Little Rock was driving a golf cart northbound near a building when she collided with a portable power supply being used to power some amusement rides. Authorities say the golf cart then collided with a pedestrian, identified as 80-year-old Valera Kroese of Sioux Falls.
Kroese was taken to the Osceola Regional Health Center in Sibley with non-life threatening injuries.
Authorities say the mishap took place around 2:00 pm.
