(Emmetsburg)– A Garner, Iowa man wanted on warrants for homicide by vehicle-operating under the influence, and driving on the wrong side of a two-way highway was taken into custody Tuesday by authorities in Palo Alto county. The Sheriff’s Office says 45-year-old Brian Freeman was unable to post a $25,000 cash-only bond and that he was being held at the Palo Alto county jail.
The Iowa State Patrol assisted in making the arrest.
Details into the crash itself haven’t been released.
