(Spencer)– A fundraising campaign to construct a splash pad in Spencer is now underway.
The city has allocated $700,000 for the project. Committee member Catherine Grange told the city council Monday their goal is to raise the remaining $500,000 that’s needed by the end of this year…
Grange says five different donation levels have been established for special recognition, but she says donations of any size are greatly appreciated.
Donation forms and more information can be found at their Facebook page or the city of Spencer’s website. Donations may also be dropped off at Spencer City Hall.
