The Friends of the Auditorium will present Crazy for Patsy Cline featuring Katy Deal and Her Nashville Band on Saturday night at the Memorial Auditorium in Worthington.
Managing Director Tammy Makram says Katy Deal is well known for her tribute to the legendary country star. “I got a call a few months ago about a group that was traveling through from Nashville and they were wondering if we had an opening in November, so on Saturday, November 4th, Katy Deal & Her Nashville Band are doing a tribute to Patsy Cline. She is really famous in the Nashville area for her Patsy Cline tribute show and it is called Crazy for Patsy Cline. So, she’ll be singing a lot of favorite songs of Patsy Cline and also telling a little story about how being a tribute artist and doing Patsy Cline’s work has changed her life. It’s a little bit of a storytelling show as well as all of the favorites that people know so well of Patsy Cline.”
The concert will start at 7 o’clock Saturday night.
