(Fostoria)– A Fostoria man wanted by Clay county authorities on drug warrants was arrested early Monday in Fostoria.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 23-year-old Tyler Wolthuis was wanted on warrants for possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; a drug tax stamp violation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Deputies say the charges stem from a search warrant executed in Fostoria back on February 25th. The search turned up what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia and about 1.3 pounds of marijuana.
