(Spencer)– Spencer’s Flagfest celebration is being touted as a huge success. The Spencer Chamber of Commerce says the June 14th event attracted 30,000 visitors to the city that attended the various events.
Chamber officials say this year’s Flagfest Parade had 133 entries, surpassing the 2024 event which had 127.
They add this year’s celebration drew visitors to Spencer from as far away as Sioux City, Sioux Falls and the Twin Cities.
Chamber officials thank everyone who made this year’s Flagfest such a success.
