(Ceylon, MN) — The Federal Emergency Management Administration is opening temporary assistance centers in another county affected by summer flooding. FEMA opened a center in the Martin County community of Ceylon Tuesday. Another center in Dunnell will open on Monday.
Minnesota residents affected by summer storms and flooding have until October 27th to submit applications to FEMA.
