(Estherville)– The shutdown of the federal government is having a direct impact on farmers needing to conduct business with the Farm Service Agency, or FSA. A representative of the FSA office that serves Dickinson and Emmet counties tells KUOO news the offices are closed until further notice, and that those who have appointments will have to re-schedule them once they are able to open back up.
