(Fairmont) A 20-year-old man from Fairmont was involved in a motorcycle accident on Wednesday. Dilon Curtis Pluim was riding a Kawasaki EX500 northbound on highway 15 in Fairmont when he lost control of the motorcycle after crossing the railroad tracks. Pluim was taken to the emergency room at Mayo Health after he sustained non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol was NOT and Pluim WAS wearing his helmet. Mayo Ambulance and Fairmont police department assisted at the scene.
