(Swea City)– The execution of a search warrant Monday at a residence in Swea City has landed a man in jail on multiple charges.
The Kossuth County Sheriff’s Office says the search at 205 7th Street South resulted in authorities finding several firearms, marijuana THC cartridges, and drug paraphernalia. They say the occupant of that residence, 25-year-old Felipe Garza, is prohibited from possessing firearms.
Garza was booked into the Kossuth county jail on charges of possession of a short barrel rifle, possession of firearms by a domestic offender, child endangerment, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
