E’Ville Drug Trafficking Investigation Nets Three

(Estherville)– A drug trafficking investigation in Estherville has resulted in the arrests of several people on drug charges.

The Estherville Police Department says its investigation resulted in arrest warrants being issued for three people.

Police last Thursday arrested 19-year-old Cartez Mosby of Estherville on charges of delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school…a class “D” felony; and delivery of cocaine…a class “C” felony. Upon his arrest, Mosby was found to be in possession of what’s alleged to be another controlled substance. He was additionally charged with possession with inent to deliver a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a school. Mosby was booked into the Emmet county jail on bond of $84,500.

20-year-old Patrick Rosenboom of Estherville was arrested Friday on a charge of delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school, a class “D” felony; and delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park…a class “D” felony. Rosenboom was booked into the Emmet county jail and was released Saturday after posting a $10,000 bond.

A third suspect, 41-year-old Howard Wright of Estherville, is at-large. He’s wanted on warrants charging him with delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a school…a class “D” felony; delivery of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a park…a class “D” felony; and ongoing criminal conduct…a class “B” felony.
