(Everly)- An Everly man has been arrested on charges of third degree theft. The Clay County Sheriffs office says 33-year-old Brandon Danielson was arrested at his home on Friday, December 19 after an arrested warrant check was executed by a Clay County Depute. The warrant was confirmed on an original charge of third degree theft. Danielson was placed under arrest and was transported to the Clay County Jail without incident.
