(Estherville)– The city of Estherville is calling the public’s attention to what they say is likely a scam of some sort.
In a press release, City Administrator Penny Clayton says they’ve been made aware of a post on Facebook that claims the city of Estherville has farmland for rent. She says that is NOT the case, adding the city of Estherville has no connection with the person who made the post.
Those who see the post are being asked to report it.
