(Estherville)– An Estherville man has been charged with indecent exposure stemming from an incident that allegedly occurred at a business recently in that city.
Police Chief Brent Shatto says 18-year-old Johnathon Palacios was arrested this past Saturday in connection with the incident that happened around 8:30 am Saturday, May 13th.
The business owner reported the incident to police after getting a complaint. The act was caught on a surveillance camera and Palacios was identified by police as the suspect.
He has since been released from jail on his personal recognizance.
