(Estherville)– Aiddy Phomvisay will become the next Superintendent at the Estherville-Lincoln Central School District. Phomvisay currently serves as High School Principal at the Fairfield and was named the 2014 Secondary Principal of the Year by the School Administrators in Iowa. At that time Phomvisay was working for the Marshalltown School District.
Phomvisay will succeed ELC’s current Superintendent, Tara Paul, who will be stepping down July 1st. She has accepted the Superintendent’s position with the Indianola Community School District.
