(Estherville)– A recent traffic stop in Emmet county resulted in the arrest of an Armstrong man on several charges.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle near Ringsted after observing some traffic infractions. Authorities say the driver, 21-year-old Logan Dickherber, allegedly provided false identification to the deputy and it was determined Dickherber was wanted on a valid warrant from Ida county. He was booked into the Emmet county jail on charges of driving with a revoked driver’s license, failure to obey a traffic control device, providing false identification information, failure to provide proof of financial liability and the Ida county warrant.
A search warrant was obtained and executed on the vehicle resulting in additional charges of possession of a controlled substance…1st offense…marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts being filed against Dickherber.
