(Armstrong)– A recent traffic stop in Armstrong resulted in the arrest of a Truman, Minnesota man.
The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy on patrol October 13th pulled over a vehicle for an alleged equipment violation. Upon investigating it was discovered the driver, 27-year-old Oscar Ochoa, didn’t have a valid driver’s license and had allegedly provided false information and identification to the deputy. A controlled substance and drug paraphernalia were also discovered in the vehicle.
Ochoa was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license and providing false identification. He was booked into the Emmet county jail.
