(Estherville)– An Arkansas man has been charged in connection with a traffic stop April 6th west of Estherville. The Emmet County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle around 2:00 am that morning for speeding.
A subsequent investigation resulted in the driver, 37-year-old Casablanca Splunge of Little Rock, Arkansas, being arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance…1st offense…marijuana; possession of drug paraphernalia; possession of synthetic urine; no driver’s license; speeding; and failure to provide proof of financial liability.
