(Estherville)– The Iowa Department of Natural Resources is investigating a fish kill in Emmet county.
A DNR employee noticed the dead fish this (Monday) afternoon in a dredge ditch northeast of Swan Lake in Emmet county. Dead minnows and very cloudy water was observed.
