(Emmetsburg)– An ongoing investigation by several local law enforcement agencies has resulted in several felony arrests against an Emmetsburg man.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says 48-year-old Michael Kesterson of Emmetsburg was arrested May 15th on two counts of money laundering…class “C” felonies…and one count of ongoing criminal conduct…a class “B” felony…out of Palo Alto county.
Kesterson was also charged with one count of money laundering by Emmet county authorities.
The class “C” felonies are punishable by up to 10 years in prison; the class “B” felony is punishable by up to 25 years in prison.
