(Emmetsburg)– A north-central Iowa man faces drug charges following a traffic stop early this (Monday) morning near Iowa Lakes Community College in Emmetsburg.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle driven by 24-year-old Paul Kuhlman of Garner shortly before 1:00 a.m.
A subsequent investigation resulted in the deputy finding what’s alleged to be drug paraphernalia in Kuhlman’s vehicle.
What’s alleged to be marijuana was also found on Kuhlman’s person.
He was placed under arrest and was booked into the Palo Alto county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance within a thousand feet of a school and possession of drug paraphernalia.
