Two Clay County men are in custody on drug charges today (Thursday). Spencer Police made the arrest Tuesday afternoon just after 1:00pm on the 900 block of 11th Street SW.
20-year old Alex Arndt of Dickens was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
The second arrest was of 18-year old Aaron Riessen of Spencer. He was charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both men were taken to the Spencer Police Department for processing before being turned over to Clay County.
