(Ruthven)– A report of a domestic assault Saturday near Ayrshire resulted in the arrest of a Ruthven man.
The Palo Alto County Sheriff’s Office says through an investigation, they determined 35-year-old John Larson of Ruthven was a suspect in the case. He was located a short time later and placed under arrest on a charge of domestic assault…a serious misdemeanor.
Larson was additionally charged with failure to prove insurance on a motor vehicle, driving without a valid license, and improper use of registration.
Larson was booked into the Palo Alto county jail pending an initial court appearance.
