(Spencer)—Two people face charges in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred this past Saturday at a rural Spencer residence.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to a report of an assault at 2530 240th Avenue. Upon arriving authorities learned two females had been involved in an altercation. A subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 29-year-old Sarah Kehoe of rural Spencer. She was charged with domestic abuse assault…a simple misdemeanor…for allegedly assaulting her sister.
Authorities also arrested 41-year-old Shawn Pattison who was wanted on a Palo Alto county warrant charging her with Burglary in the 3rd degree…a class “D” felony.
Both were booked into jail pending an initial court appearance.
