(Spencer)– The Iowa Department of Natural Resources will hold a series of public meetings across the state next month to gather input on proposed water quality standards and designated use changes for a fourth batch of select rivers and streams.
One of those meetings will be held in our area. It’s scheduled for Monday, November 5th from 3:00 until 6:00 p.m. at the Spencer Public Library.
Meetings will also be held in Atlantic, Clear Lake, Independence, Washington and West Des Moines.
