DNR To Gather Public Input On Proposed Change To AIS Law; SL Selected As One Of Three Cities For Meetings On The Issue

(Des Moines)– Some big changes may be in the works when it comes Iowa’s Aquatic Invasive Species, or AIS laws. Three meeitngs, including one in Spirit Lake, will be held later this month to gather public input on the proposed changes. The public comment meeting for Spirit Lake is scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Monday, July 30th at the Dickinson County Expo Building.
