(Spencer)– What started off Sunday as a report of a disturbance at a residence in Spencer resulted in the arrest of a Cedar Falls man on a drug charge.
Authorities say officers were called around 2:40 p.m. to a residence in the 10 block of 4th Street Southeast.
A K-9 made a hit on the vehicle the suspect had been driving. A subsequent search turned up 54 grams of what’s alleged to be marijuana, several hundred dollars in cash and drug paraphernalia.
The suspect, identified as 23-year-old Paul Becker of Cedar Falls, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. He was booked into the Clay county jail.
