Dickinson County Drug Busts

(Spirit Lake)– A sweep last Thursday by Dickinson county authorities resulted in three people being arrested on drug charges.

The Sheriff’s Office says two people were arrested at an apartment at 1608 10th Street in Milford where deputies were looking for 28-year-old Adam Whiting who was wanted on warrants out of O’Brien county. Whiting was located and was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana with intent to deliver; sustantial risk child endangerment; a drug tax stamp violation; possession of drug paraphernalia; gathering where drugs are used; two previous Dickinson county warrants for probation violation; and failure to register as a sex offender.

Also arrested at the same apartment was 23-year-old Stephanie Vigahl of Milford. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance; substantial risk child endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies then obtained and executed a search warrant at 2319 Lakeside Avenue in Wahpeton. 50-year-old William Wine-Gar was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and conspiracy.

All three were booked into the Dickinson county jail.
