(Spirit Lake)– There’s some additional information to report regarding the arrest of a Dickinson county official last week. As we reported previously, the Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office charged County Attorney Amy Zenor with public intoxication following an alleged incident this past Thursday at the Dickinson County Courthouse. Online court records show Zenor waived an initial court appearance and that a written plea of not guilty was submitted on her behalf on Monday.
According to the records, no future court proceedings are listed as of right now in the case.
