(Spencer)– An investigation is underway into the death of a 29-year-old man in Spencer.
Spencer police say they were called around 11:49 am Monday after getting a report of an unresponsive man found at 217 West 5th Street in Spencer. The man was pronounced deceased.
The name of the man is being withheld pending notification of relatives.
An autopsy is being performed by the State Medical Examiner’s Office.
Spencer Police and the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation are involved in the ongoing investigation.
