(Spencer)– An Arnolds Park woman faces charges in connection with a single-vehicle crash Wednesday evening that also resulted in her receiving minor injuries.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Kimberly Petersen was driving a 2005 Chevrolet in the 3100 mile of County Road B63 when she lost control. The vehicle left the road and rolled.
Upon investigating, Petersen was arrested and booked into jail on charges of operating while intoxicated…2nd offense; and failure to maintain control.
The vehicle was totaled.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Webb Fire and Rescue and the Spencer Hospital ambulance and paramedics.
The crash took place shortly before 11:30 p.m.
