(Spirit Lake)– A Milford man has died of injuries sustained in a construction accident Monday at the indoor ice arena under construction near the Bedell Family YMCA.
KUOO news has learned it involved a skid loader and a man who was working in a trench.
The victim, identified as 40-year-old Cory Ritzer, was transported to Lakes Regional Healthcare and was life-flighted to a Sioux Falls hospital, where he died of his injuries.
