Colorado Man Arrested On Drug Charges In Osceola County

(Sibley)– A Colorado man has been arrested on felony drug charges in Sibley.

A criminal complaint filed in Osceola County by the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement accuses 37-year-old Fabian Flores Hermosillo of Holyoke, Colorado, of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. He was arrested on a warrant on Tuesday.

In his statement, the agent says that in October, Flores Hermosillo sold approximately 2.9 ounces of methamphetamine for $1,500 to agents of the Iowa Division of Narcotics Enforcement, who were acting in an undercover capacity.

Flores Hermosillo was charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession of methamphetamine, a class B felony. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison.

He faces a preliminary hearing on January 2nd, 2026.

At last report, Flores Hermosillo remained in the Osceola County Jail in Sibley in lieu of a $25,000 cash-only bond.
