(Lake Park)– A two vehicle collision Sunday at the intersection of Dickinson County Roads M27 and A34 sent two people to the hospital.
The Dickinson County Sheriff’s Office says 59-year-old Kevin Reverts of Hartley was driving a 2020 Chevrolet northbound and 75-year-old Paul Montague of Middleton, Wisconsin was driving a 2017 Volkswagen Golf westbound when the two collided in the intersection. Montague’s vehicle continued through the intersection, coming to rest in a cornfield.
Montague and a passenger in his vehicle, Joan Montague, were pinned in the vehicle and had to be extricated by mechanical means. They were then taken by ambulance to Lakes Regional Healthcare.
No injuries were reported to Reverts or a passenger in his vehicle.
The collision took place a little after 10:00 am.
