(Windom, Mn.)– A two vehicle collision Sunday on Highway 60 near Windom sent several people to the hospital.
The Minnesota State Patrol says 18-year-old Jonah Nauman of Windom was driving a 2008 Honda Civic and was crossing on Highway 60 from 470th Street and 45-year-old Melingko Dullas of Windom was driving a 2013 Ford Flex westbound on Highway 60. Troopers say the vehicle driven by Nauman slid through the intersection and the two collided.
Both drivers and two passengers in Dullas’ vehicle, 47-year-old Deurme Chopwa and 51-year-old Aski Willy, both of Windom, sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken by ambulance to the Windom hospital.
The collision took place around 11:16 am. The Windom Fire Department, Windom Ambulance, Jackson and Cottonwood County Sheriff’s Offices and the Windom Police Department assisted on the scene.
