(Spencer)– A Missouri man was arrested on drug charges this past Sunday evening following a traffic stop in Clay county.
Authorities say a Clay county deputy pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the 4700 mile of Highway 71. The deputy reported smelling marijuana as he approached the driver, identified as 25-year-old Austin Light of Novinger, Missouri.
A vape pen containing THC oil, marijuana and other items were found both in the vehicle and on Light’s person. He was arrested and booked into the Clay county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance-marijuana…1st offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.
