(Spencer)– A traffic stop Wednesday evening in the 4600 mile of Highway 71 in Clay county resulted in the arrest of an Alta man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says a deputy pulled over a vehicle for a speeding violation and discovered the driver, 20-year-old James Martin, was allegedly in possession of vaping products under the legal age. A further search of the vehicle turned up additional vaping items, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Martin was charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, dark windows and minor in possession of tobacco.
