(Spencer)– A traffic stop Saturday night in Clay county resulted in the arrest of a Rockwell City woman.
The Sheriff’s Office says a deputy conducted the stop in the 3000 mile of Highway 18 a little before 10:30 pm and that he could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. A subsequent search turned up the substance.
23-year-old Andrea Figueroa was arrested and transported to the Clay county jail on charges of possession of a controlled substance…marijuana, speeding, and no insurance. She was later released on bond.
