(Spencer)– A traffic stop last week in Clay county resulted in the arrest of an Ayrshire man. Authorities say a deputy pulled over a vehicle for an alleged equipment violation and could smell marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search turned up marijuana wax and drug paraphernalia. 45-year-old Paul Hoadley was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance…marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
