(Spencer)– A traffic stop early Sunday in Clay county resulted in the arrest of an Emmetsburg man.
The Clay County Sheriff’s Office says 22-year-old Tyson Kruse was arrested after being pulled over in the 3700 mile of County Road N-18. Kruse was charged with operating while under the influence…1st offense and with carrying a dangerous weapon while under the influence. Deputies say Kruse had a loaded firearm with him.
He was booked into the Clay county jail pending an initial court appearance.
